Advanced Passenger Infomation problem

    Hi. I am trying to fill out the API as I am travelling to Spain next week with Aer Lingus. I input all the information, press confirm and then I get the following:

    ! HAS_PRN-unableToRetrieveExistingPNR

    Start again"

    Has anyone encountered this problem before?

    Have had no trouble in the past filing out the form.

    Any idea who I should contact about this?
