    Hi , wondering if anyone can recommend a pregnancy yoga or pilates class convenient to Dublin 4?

    Yoga Dublin have a pregnancy yoga class in Ranelagh (beside Charlemont Luas) on Wednesdays. She's a nurse as far as I know.

    I've never been to her class but I like Yoga Dublin classes in general. A friend went and liked it.

    Check out Init Yoga in Ringsend. My friend just finished the 6 week course and found the instructor amazing!
