    Hi,

Just got decision about JA payemnt and all deduction, how SW officer.

When I was on CE Scheme I earned not too much, so my husband for last half year took lots of overtimes to his basic salary.

Now, SW calculated groos from those last 6 months and made average from all, final, stateed on my husband payslip.

I can say...yes, how would they know, that about 20% of the salary was overtime. Extra.

SW stated: average working days per week is 5, even my husband is doing 4.

Ok...I'm shocked, that I got 90€, incl 56 euro for two kids...and before I started CE Scheme, I got 179€...

I know that overtimes are counted to FIS, but I didnt know that in JA....My claim, not my husbands.

Blame husband always, you would say :)

If your circumstances have changed ie less or no overtime ask the dept to re-test your means.
