I have just recently found out that for the last 15 year working in my families business my fathers account had me placed in class m for Prsi which means i have payed no Prsi contributions during this time we have since changed accounts, my question is that if i inform the revenue of this error will i be liable for those 15 years that i missed ?
I am soon going to be taking over the business and will be then classed as sole trader am i aswell to wait until then when i will automatically start paying .

You'd need to be informing the Social Welfare. Revenue only collect the PRSI on behalf of Social Welfare, and it's then remitted over to them. Any PRSI issues are governed by the Social Welfare.
