NCT Fail: brake load sensing valve linkage

    So I failed my NCT today. They said that it was the brake load sensing valve linkage and that is wasn't attached to the axel or something (yup I know nothing about cars). Because of this they didnt do the brake test.
    Just trying to get an idea if this is a big job that will cost lots or can they be put back together easily.
