    Hi,

I stupidly have left my car parked outside the front of the house since last Aug. I was supposed to declare it off the road but I just havent done it. Is there any way i can avoid paying the years tax that is owed on it?

As powerpants says, transfer it to your partner. Then transfer it back as soon as you receive the VLC.

Bear in mind that if you do it during the month, you are liable for the tax for the whole month.
