How far from low tide does it need to be to be able to swim most of the wall?

Low tide at 5am tomorrow and I was hopin to get in before work at 9.

Also anyone know the distances of bull wall? I mean where would I need to swim to do make up 750m for instance?

    Thanks in advance

The answer, in my experience, is three hours. Just in case anyone else needs to know in the future!
