sprayer registration

    ok so i tried to track down the info on how and when to register a boom sprayer and all i could come up with was 'how to register as a professional user'

    as it stands I haven't done the sitting in the classroom bit so am not a pro user but we have a boom sprayer that needs to be registered

    anyone have a steer on this

    The sprayer itself doesn't need to be registered till next year, but you as a "professional user" need to be registered by November I think it is

    You can get your sprayer tested and certified in the meantime. It's still 18 months before sprayers MUST be registered, so probably next year before registration process finalised.

    So why are they blowing so much smoke about it now when ya can't even register them!!

    More important to be perceived to be doing something, than actually do it?

    Or just giving a long lead-in, as they know that it takes a while for folk to acclimatise to the idea. ?

    The first deadline is November 2015, for sprayer operators.

    Not till 2020, think it's booms greater than 3m before 2020
    Has anyone a blank copy of the green sheet from the FRS practical course
