How can I open port 3500, UPC, Ubee?

    Can anybody help me with opening up a port on UPC. I'm on the router Ubee EVW3226 and can't connect using a Remote Desktop Connection on port 3500.
    I've checked using a couple of different sites (http://ping.eu/port-chk/) and it seems that this port is closed.

    I've logged onto the router and can't see an option to open up ports on it.
    Any help really appreciated as I'm unable to work until I can get this connected.

    Do you know if you are on ds-lite addressing scheme? If so, you cannot do port forwarding.

    Thanks for the reply Degsie. I actually managed to get this resolved by asking to be switched from ipv6 to ipv4. Not sure if that's the same as ds-lite?
