    Hi,

Looking to cancel direct debits from my account but currently living in Australia. Is there any other way of going about it or do I have to ring and do it over the phone?

    Thanks,

    Michael

    Online banking.

Was under the impression that you couldn't cancel DD's online anymore?

    Hi MadMardegan,

Thank you for getting in contact with us here on Boards.ie.

As The Ayatolla correctly mentioned, you can now cancel Sepa Direct Debits on a Republic of Ireland bank account via 365Online or by completing the 'Cancel Direct Debit Mandate' form. Instructions on how you can complete either action can be found here on our website.

We hope this helps and if we can assist you with anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us again.

    Thanks,
    Elaine
