    Hi if anyone could build me a pc to run GTA V at about medium to high settings without much lag or frame rate drops. My budget is around 360 - 450. Thanks :)

    The Ti is €125 from CEX, so that would bring it to over €500. Even though it's worth it.

    If you absolutely can't go over budget this would also be a contender with all new parts and comes to €430 delivered (not including the rebate from geizhals), though realistically you're better off stretching to Intel, will last longer and perform better.
