    Hi
I have won court case two months ago and was awarded money but my solicitor still hasn't sent it via my bank to me but has sent two release emails. Is there anything I can do as I can't understand why it has went on so long

Go see him and ask him what the delay is. There could be a good reason for it...
Of course if there is not a good reason then there is cause to worry...

Moved this to Legal Discussion as many posters there should be better placed to help.

I have kept asking and they keep saying they will send it but still haven't to the point where I have contacted my solicitors manager as such
