Tanco Bale Handler Problem

Hi all, have a small issue with a Tanco Bale handler with double acting hydraulic ram. It's the one with the rollers that can't be removed to use the tines for two round hay bales. I was thinking of taking off the rollers and replacing them with two tines after the wrapped silage bales were done with. Simple or so I thought...........I put roller on the ground at an angle with a bit of weight on it to stop it spinning and proceeded to screw off the nut with a wrench & short bar for leverage. Got about half way after some effort then it got stuck and started spinning inside the roller. When you turn the nut now the threaded bolt turns with it inside the roller no matter what weight is on it. Won't budge fwds or backwards. Have tried heat, impact all no good. Is there any way to remove the roller sleeve?????? All I can see is a grease nipple recessed into the roller, no other obvious way it's held on. Any help would be greatly appreciated...................There has to be a way to remove these things............Thanks in advance.
