Hey guys my new build wont boot into bios.
when i power it on, the fans start spinning and the power button on the case flashes continuously. the psu also makes a ticking noise every time the light flashes. Nothing comes up on the tv either and there are no beeps from the motherboard.
Ive tried clearing cmos and powering it on without peripherals and ram.
    The parts are:
    I5 4590
    HyperX FURY Series 8GB DDR3 1600MH
    EVGA 500W PC Power Supply
    Gigabyte B85M-HD3 Motherboard
WD 1TB 3.5 inch Internal Hard Drive
Fractal Design Core 1100 Series Micro ATX Case

    Any ideas?

Try re-seating the RAM, take it out and put it back. It should click into place.
