Registered online - Can't log into account

    Hi all. Hope you can help.

    I registered for Irish Water and have since received (and paid) my first bill. Problem is that I went to register online so that I can view and pay bills at my convenience - but halfway through registering the site encountered an error and now I'm in limbo.

    I try to log in and it tells me that my password is incorrect. I try to retrieve my password and it says my account doesn't exist however if I try and register again it tells me that my account already exists. 

    Is there any way to fix this? This has been going on for about two months now.

    Have you tried accessing your account from a different web browser or using the 'I forgot my username' option?

    If the matter is still ongoing after you have tried this, please send the following details via private message and we can investigate this further for you:
