U.S PCT Visa

    I have enquired if I was eligible for a J1 visa but I fall just outside the parameters of this so it was suggested I could look into a PCT visa.

    Does anyone have experience with this type of Visa?

    I'm am a soon to be qualified chartered accountant so I would need to find an internship in accounting or finance.

    What is the best way of finding this? Does anyone know if it has to be an internship or if it could be a 1 year contract.

    I have a relative in Finance over there, would a written job offer suffice when applying and would I be obliged to work there when I arrive?
