Hi all, hope this is proper forum to post this. I have an apartment in Manchester which I purchased as an investment in 05. Bought for 161k sterling, valued at 140k sterling at the moment. Would you sell now given the strength of sterling? Also any tips or advice re fees/tax implications would be appreciated. And would you transfer all proceeds back to Euro or leave some in a sterling account in case it strengthens further? I will seek professional advice before I proceed but your opinions greatly appreciated.
