On Sunday 3 May 2015 extreme endurance adventurer Sean Conway became the first person in history to complete the Ultimate British Triathlon, after running from John O’Groats to Land’s End, totally unsupported.

The inspirational adventurer ran 1,014 miles in six weeks and was followed every step of the way by Discovery Channel for a special documentary, Sean Conway: Running Britain, to be broadcast on Thursday 25 June at 9pm.

Worth a watch I'd say, it's on Discovery Channel, should be easy enough to find in a few days by other means.

watched this last night and found it very entertaining. what a mad man though. longest training run was 19 miles. had never tested or set up the tent before either!

The fact he is doing it unsupported seemed to be one of his biggest challenges.
