Lidl warehouse operative

    Hi has anybody ever worked as a warehouse operative in lidl and if so could you tell me what they're like to work for and the pay. I've been reading a lot of good and bad experiences from a few years ago but nothing recent.

    Hi darrenking!
    Work is hard. That`s why mostly Eastern Europe people working in Lidl, like myself.
    Have to use headset like this www handling -network com/ pick-and-choose / just put dots in right place.
    It`s very uncomfortable and end of day i`m going crazy from saying OK OK and digits all the time.
    Lidl pay monthly and first months can be from 800 to 1200, depending from hours. Contract is 4 hours per day, 10.50 per hour, but w/h operative must be very flexible. Sometimes need to work 10 hours per day, sometimes 3 -4 hours per day.
    From my experience, supervisors and managers don`t care much about workers, they just hire another, if somebody leaves. Use of mobile phones are forbidden, talking is forbidden and other nonsense.

    But job is job, if you need one, apply!

    Im look8ng for info too about the newbridge warehouse.do they recruit tru an agency?
