give it a good soak and leave for a day . then come back and power wash and it should come off. hot wash would be even better if you could get some, try hypochloride

If it's hard, spray it twice a day for a week, help soften it

Try TFR (traffic film remover detergent) on it, let it soak for 5 minutes. Then wash off. Works alright for me anyway

It doesn't remove tar but it's a commercial vehicle detergent I'd occasionally use for washing down a tractor or lorry. It's pretty acidic so it's not recommended to let it dry but five minutes does not harm as long as it's well rinsed off.

Bleach is the only job. I used to get red label bleach but i bought a turbo nozzle for the power washer and haven't really needed it since.

Fill it with cattle straight off grass take it for a one hour spin then wash it straight after unloading. Nothing like sh!te to soften sh!it

A good wash with the power washer first to remove most of it. Then, get a bucket of water and a brush and scrub any staining. It should shift easily enough once it's been softened by the first power washing. Then, rinse again with the power washer. I use an old car washing brush and it works fine without scratching the surface....
