    Hi Guys & Gals,

I'm getting intermittent high ping spikes, this is really bugging me and I can't figure out what is causing the issue. Below is the status of my line, none of which I understand, can anyone guide me?

    Thanks in advance

Line looks perfect. Chances are its not your problem.

First bet: Other users in the house. Somebody sending a snapchat will consume most of your upload, choke the connection and cause pings to spike for 10 seconds or so. Other general usage could easily cause same too at 6Mb/0.5Mb.

Second bet: Old exchanges can be quite unreliable, especially if you live "remotely".

Hi thanks for the reply, I think it could possibly be the exchange as I'd be the only heavy user in the house. Not sure if it's getting upgraded soon or not
