Doctor needs tax advice!!

    I am a medical oncologist and I am very bad with money when it comes to tax.
    I know there is a lot of stuff that we can no longer claim against tax but does anyone have a list of what exactly we can claim against tax such as books, membership fees etc

    Seriously. Would you take medical advice from randomz on the interwebz? So why would you take financial advice from them.

    Hardly the same! As a PAYE worker you can quite competently do your tax returns yourself without the help of a professional.

    Get accountant for first few months and then you would know how things are working...this is what my colleage locum doctor did.

    Can any recommend a good value accountant that has experience with doctors?
