Double Charged (i.e bill went out twice by accident)

    Heyo,

    I rather foolishly paid my bill when it came in despite having Direct Debit set up, and lo and behold that ended up coming out of my account as well. I'd rather not get my bank to reverse the charge, as that's messed up future Direct Debits for me in the past, is there any way ye could revert one or the other payment to me?

    I sent an email in when it happened, and was told I'd get a response in 5 working days, but that was June 2nd, so...
