Is it possible to recieve a level 9 degree without a level 8?

    Springboard have a few level 9 courses advertised that claim relevant experience will allow for qualification.
    Entry Requirements
    Students must hold a recognised third level honours degree (minimum second class honours).
    OR
    Students must have significant and relevant work experience (minimum 3 years).

    All applicants must demonstrate an interest in and aptitude for digital marketing.
    Applicants may be subject to interview.

    Moreover, is it possible to convert professional/business acumen into ECTS credits? I'm thinking that it's a resounding no, but it'd be nice if it was possible!
