    Hi all,

I am working on a business plan to open a wine shop.
My question is. Can wine shop or an off-licence offer samples to their customers?
Or is this against the law?

    Thanks

Most larger places offer tasting nights so I doubt there is anything stopping you from doing so as long as you are licensed.

No, not illegal but it's stupid. Get your suppliers to do it, with you, on a promotional basis.
