Buying a caravan info

Hi im thinking of buying a caravan and hoping to pitch it perferably west cork can any one tell what caravan parks do a 3 month summer pitch and what would be the cost and fees is it a once off payment are do u pay everytime you use it i have two teenage kids 12,13 so something that would cater for them Any info Please
