Land Line with headset....help!

    Hi,

    My wife has started a new job, part of which is monitoring her staff calls. She could be doing this for over an hr and rather than trying to hold a hand set/receiver up to her ear for an hr while trying to do other stuff is there a head set option for this?

    I have read a little and there are rj11 headsets, do these plug into any wired landline? Simply plug out the receiver and plug in the headset?

    Any and all advice on this is appreciated. This is a home office so we're trying to keep costs down.

    **It's worth noting she has a jabber usb headset..
