    Hi,

I've reported a half dozen leaks via this page: http://www.water.ie/help-centre/report-a-leak/

It would be useful to expand it, similar to the Dublin City Council’s Online Self Service Portal: http://www.dublincity.ie/main-menu-your-council/isupport

For example, being able to map the leak would mean that people can report it more precisely / accurately. Also, a field to indicate whether the person reporting the leak has a connection with the property or not would be useful - for the record, I don't own O'Connell Bridge. ;)

Detailing how to report water mains / drainage / sewage issues would be good too. For example, while I imagine a council is responsible for road gulleys, where is the boundary between council and Irish Water responsibilities.
