Tiny chip off tooth or filling

I recently got some fillings, for the first time in my life. I was just flossing this evening, and when I was done I noticed a tiny chip of something hard in my mouth.i have quite tight teeth, and sometimes have a bit of difficulty getting the floss out. I'm worried that it might be off a filling or a tooth.

I'm also not quite sure if my bite is right after the fillings. My mouth feels a bit strange, but I also stopped smoking a month ago, and my mouth has felt a bit odd since then. I tend to be overly anxious about things, so might well be imagining this :)

I've a follow-up appointment with the dentist in a couple of weeks; is this okay to leave it til then, or should I ring up tomorrow?
