I was diagnosed about 5 yrs ago but strongly suspect I've had it much longer. I find it so hard to get motivated and always want to lie down & sleep. I also have depression and the 2 illnesses are closely linked. I always know when I'm due my b12 injection by the increase in dizziness & I get this weird pins & needles sensation in the crown of my head. Weird! How are you affected? I'd love to know how others cope with it :)

That's so similar to me. I get the injections once a month. I feel like I'm a clockwork toy running down - getting slower and slower before my shot. I would have depression also. I take folic acid too because your folate goes down when you have pernicious anemia so make sure to keep an eye on both levels as one won't work without the other. I never realised the pins and needles on the crown of my head was part of it !! It's crazy!
