Hi guys,

Doing a bit of recording and looking at all the possibilities etc.Just wondering if anyone can give me a rough price on what a session musician would cost? say per hour. Going to start with drumming anyway and maybe look at a few other bits after that. Any help much appreciated

It really depends on the standard and reputation of each individual player, I know some that will "walk in and walk out" & Job done, because they are freaks of nature as musicians, but It all depends on specifics and what you are after, are you a vocalist ??

Too be honest it doesn't matter who it is they should really charge you by the song, depending on whether they are recording notes they are given by you or they put their own down...
