Has anyone had experience with JetBull cancelling settled bets and removing bonuses after 2 big wins. They stole €1,200 from me and I need to get it back. Any advise would be welcome.

I signed up to JetBull.com and received the bonus. As part of the bonus terms and conditions the bonus amount must be rolled over 15 times at 2.0 odds or higher. Only €50 of each bet would be counted towards the rollover amount. So the bonus conditions are very much in their favour. No issue, that is what I agreed to.

    I placed two bets.

    First bet
Over 2.5 goals in the Europa League Final
    187.98 at 2.22
    Returned 417.31

    Second Bet
Golden State V Rockets on 28.05.2015 GS to win
    417.31 at 2.00
    Returned 834.62

Both bets were settled then voided and bonus removed due to duplicate account. They used IP address only as a way of spotting a duplicate account. This is obviously an idiotic method to anyone who has even the slightest bit of knowledge of IP addressing. My IP address today could easily be your IP address tomorrow. What if I access the site through a cafe wifi. There could be loads of people with the same IP address. The simple fact is IP address are running out and cannot solely be used as identification of duplicate accounts.

Strongly suggest everyone actively avoids Jetbull, unless they resolve the issue. It might just be a misunderstanding but I am finding it very difficult to get an actual response from anyone.

the bonus amount must be rolled over 15 times

    That's massive .

IP Address would be one way for a bookie to weed out duplicate/multiple accounts.
Address, lodgement source/withdrawals are other ways.

IP addresses could be used as supporting evidence with other information. Using an IP address alone cannot be used. It really is amazing that in this day and age a book maker can make such an incorrect decision using idiotic methods.

I stupidly thought that since they were regulated by the MGA they would be secure enough.

MGA are not great in terms of actually regulating the books who are based in Malta. There's been a few books who were registered there which went belly up and the MGA did virtually nothing to help.

I see that you've raised it with SportsbookReview. That's a good start as they do occasionally sort things out for players.

Out of interest, how did you see I raised it with SportsbookReview?

Your complaint comes up when you do a search for Jetbull on the SportsbookReview site.

Still no real help from Malta Gaming Authority, they appear to be pretty spineless. I'm willing to provide any information they need but they just want to protect the book makers. Funny thing is, if they reinstated my account, the chances of me winning anything with their roll over requirement is very slim, so they'd be €150 better off.
