Claas square baler

Any square baler experts out there. Was baling a few last night and the baler breaks a few every now and again. Doesnt have a pattern to how it breaks them. I know the spring on the knotter has to be set up fairly right. Very hard to get any parts and expensive to get new. It a claas markart 50
