The thing is, there ARE penalties for doing exactly that, but due to the usual "ahbegrandtofcuk" this law is just there for a laugh.
And now we know what level of pisstake has to happen before anyone in Ireland will get off their hole to do anything.

So does this mean that anyone that tried to comply with the law get penalised while those that repeatedly flouted the law get away with it?
I wonder could all those that did the right thing and got points send in a request to have their points wiped off as they feel discriminated.
