Looking for a road bike, can't break the bank for new, but am hoping i can pick up something pre-owned.
I'm 5'10 and hoping to put in some serious miles over the next year, do the Ring and a few more events.
Anybody upgraded recently and wanting to let their old bike go for a song? ;)

    Define a song?

I'll be selling my Giant Defy 3 after the Ring of Kerry if you're interested. I'm the same height as you.

Not sure, I was offered a Defy 4 for €400.
I'm in no hurry to buy, so can willingly wait for the right bike

No problem, just make sure you are buying like for like. A bike with Sora is worth less than 105 for example.
