O2 network terrible since 3 takeover

    I am in the portumna loughrea area and I find the signal on 3G is barely reaching 2 signal bars and also slow. Also, travelling around the country I am having issues with dropped calls and unresponsive google maps . Anyone else having these problems?

    Little bird told me that the Network equipment used is too old and not up to the job.
    They reciently had a fire (over a recent bank holiday weekend) in a comms room which wrecked a lot of equipment also.
    Unless there is some serious cash injected - its not looking good for 3 customers.
