Can anyone identify this movie/TV episode?

    Hi everyone, I remember seeing this when I was very young but I can only recall certain parts of it and I have been trying to find it for a while but have had no luck.

    I think it was either 80's or 90's and what I can remember best are these two things. I remember seeing a man in a wheelchair at the bottom of a pool and the wheelchair was still upright.

    He looked like he may have suffered a stroke or something as he mouth was drooping and his lips were also very red almost as if there was blood or something around his mouth. I'm not too sure if he was dead or unconscious.

    I also remember the ending, a woman from a distance dives off what appears to be a cliff into the sea and it ends there with the credits coming up. I would just like to add that I'm not sure if was a movie or part of a TV series and I'm not entirely sure if it is part of the same thing but that's all I can really remember. Sorry I can't give you anymore details.
