I did a search and got some info, just posting here to make sure places are still open and food still good there.

Just looking for normal food - Midweek.

Two places in particular were mentioned, The Moorings and the Tannery.

Carvery: Is Lawlor's the only place doing this daily.

    any advice appreciated.

I know that the moorings have GF food, I haven't had lunch there in a while but had dinner there lately and they had a GF menu.

Meades Cafe in the square also have GF bread and will do toasted sandwiches, their coleslaw is gf too.

Jitterbeans is handy for a takeaway /on the go sandwich. Jitterbeans have gf bread and rolls.

O'Briens are also in the town.
