I'd not heard of Oakwood before, but Google says it's a theme park in south west Wales.

By train/bus, do you mean? Or by car?

Ya it's a big theme Park! It's meant to be really good :) Stenaline do a day trip from Rosslare Wednesdays and Saturdays! But bus Eireann only have 4 buses leaving from cork every day so it sucks.

Trying to get another way to get there :/

Bus Eireann route 40 is the only way I'm afraid.

Realistically for that ferry sailing you'll need to overnight in Rosslare.

actually, the busses at 7.40 and 8.40pm only go as fare as Waterford, so youd need to overnight there and get the first bus which arrives into rosslare at 8.20am
Last checkin is 30min before departure so with no delays you'd make the 9am stena ferry with 10 min to spare. Itd be too tight for the 8.45am Irish ferries.

    Fair point.

The 07:00 bus from Waterford to Rosslare terminates at the ferry terminal and is timed to meet the ferry.

The Granville, Dooley's, Treacy's and Fitzwilton hotels in Waterford are all within easy walking distance of the bus station, as is the Anchorage B&B, if you choose to go down the route of overnighting in Waterford.

Portree house and Anchorage Guesthouse will be cheapest.

It's good however since the fast ferry sailings 08.00 over and 19.00 back were scrapped there will be a lot of time to kill in the evening especially between between 20.00-00.00 because the buses come. Park closes at 22.00 and there is a place to wait but after 20.00 it starts to get really quiet.
