    When me and the wife went last year to Gibraltar we flew to malaga, then got a bus to la linea dela concepcion (it's about 2-3 hours) then walked to Gibraltar. It's about 10 mins walk from la linea

    Your in peak season now from Dublin to Malaga, it's possible that a flight to the UK and then onwards to Gibraltar might be cheaper, here's a list of who flies there from where...

    British Airways London-Heathrow
    easyJet Bristol, London-Gatwick
    Monarch Airlines Birmingham, London-Luton, Manchester

    +1. Check out Ryanair flights to Jerez or Seville (from Stansted); they can be surprisingly cheap during the summer months compared to Malaga/Faro — even with the extra Dublin/Stansted flight built in.
