    Dixie Highway 16-1 4.45
I'm liking this to get off the mark here. Should be up to speed for its two runs, yard in decent form of late.

Vulcanite runs in the 5:20 at Worcester, the same race that it won this time last year but is now 8lbs lighter. Interesting that Irish jockey Ger Fox (who won on it last year) makes the trip over for his only ride of the day. 14/1.

Had vulcanite in my tracker for ages, but has let me down in the last few runs. I've had a proven track record of taking horses off my tracker and then they run a blinder!

Have a vague memory of someone on here getting word for Vulcanite when he won this race last year.

Two for me today at Ponte:

4.10 - Waterclock - Backed this one at 12/1 before I went to bed last night and although the price has continued to contract this morning I think he could still be a touch of value as he was rated 13lbs higher this time last year and was mixing it in the top staying handicaps. Entitled to come on for seasonal debut and surely only a matter of time before he wins in this sort of grade off this sort of mark.
    1.5pt Win

5.10 - Mary McPhee - Was never put into the race on her seasonal debut and then ran better than the bare result suggests on second start when looked to be coming with a strong challenge at the two pole before fading late on. Drop in trip and drop in grade both sources of potential improvement today, looks to have fallen to a more realistic mark now and a return to anything like her form in maidens as a juvenile would be enough to win here, still some 8s available and I think that's more than fair.
    1pt Win

Pretty sure there was still some 12/1 available this morning, think the 7/1 is still reasonable value with Longshadow now a NR.

Would have been a great EW poke if it wasn't for the (inevitable) NR.
