General query about those who work in both the private and public hospitals, say for example, in the Dublin area. I saw one administrative role advertised which looks comparable to say EO for example in Civil Service pay wise, but the grade is named differently, is this common/comparable? Are private sector hospital employees also on public sector pay terms?, or just those who work in the public part of the hospitals?
