    Newbie here, apologies in advance for not digesting the sticky threads, but have a grá to have my kids names tatoo'd tomorrow.
    My questions are:
      Are there tattoo places open in Dublin on a Sunday? Can the kids watch?

    Tattoo parlors have waiting lists.
    Kids should not be in parlors ever.
