    No worries. I can pick up a set from Chain Reaction.

    Quick question; do you know if they are easy to put on the bike. Shimano's literature says, for the first time, a bike shop should install them. I have the tools to take off the BB, but can a cyclist install them himself.

    I think shimano is just referring to getting the bottom bracket faced but if you are doing a like for like bottom Bracket replacement then you can do yourself. I just changed one recently with no issue.
