    Hi all
I installed a twin wall flue but did not manage for it to rise higher than highest point of roof. I am experiencing some downdrafts but not severe. A very windy area on mountain side in Sandyford. Worried about adding an extra 0.5 m to length as we get serious wind gusts here. What cowl I best solution to minimise down draft and maximise draw yet not risk get blown away??

A H cowl is the best for downdraft

Thanks! No chance it would reduce draw?

Yep. See attached. I have some small amounts of smoke entering room when I open stove door just initially. Also saw one puff of smoke coming thru vent. Seems to be burning strong otherwise when door closed.

Make sure you have a open vent in the room and always have a carbon monoxide alarm
