House renovation - what's involved

Assuming a typical 3 bed terraced house (110m2) in Dublin needs complete renovation, is the following an accurate list of jobs that would need to be done:

    Rewire €10,000
    GFCH €10,000
    Insulation of exterior walls €5,000
    Roof €5,000
    Kitchen €10,000
    Bathroom €10,000
    Remove interior wall €5,000
    Painting of interior €5,000
    Doors/Windows €10,000
    Carpets/Flooring €5,000

1.) Am I missing anything obvious?
2.) Are my costings ballpark accurate, assuming a low to mid range finish?
3.) How long would the renovation take? 4 weeks? 6 weeks? More?
    4.) Any other advice?

    Thanks

5,000 is slack for roofing unless you're just reslating.
5,000 to remove inside walls, what area of wall is to be removed, and is there steel to go in instead?
What kind of doors and windows are you using?

What it comes down to is personal choice on a lot of things you can spend 5000 or 15000 on floor coverings.

As for timescale 4 - 6 weeks is leaving mush room for error, we work on the basis of "we'll estimate a timescale when the ripping and tearing is finshed and we can see what we have". Never know what problems you'll uncover.
