Getting a shirt copied

I wonder if anyone has any experience of getting a shirt copied.

I'm a fairly big guy. In the shoulders and chest. Not belly. Getting a shirt to fit correctly is nearly impossible. I have one particular shirt that fits perfectly. It was bought for me over 15 years ago and is still looks new. It was bought abroad as a present for me.

I would imagine a local tailor could do the job but cost could/would be an issue. A number of far east tailors are offering this service. I wonder if anyone has any recommendations or thoughts. Thanks in advance.

I'd check out these guys http://propercloth.com/

Unlike some of the online makers they seem to use really good quality fabrics.
