    Hi all,
looking for help here as ive gotten my blood results back and they're all fine. My life currently feels like a constant chore. I am constantly trying to stay awake and im getting more and more irritable because of it. Ive two children under 5 (3 and 4) so this could be a contributing factor, but I am constantly shattered. The kids are great sleepers and my husband is the one who will get up if they stir through the night. I get to bed and am asleep by 10.30 every night and get up at 6.15, apart from Sundays when i get to lie in for an extra couple of hours. I have been suffering from thrush on and off for over two years if not more. I bruise so easily that it has become a joke between myself and my husband. I have been taking actimel every morning with porridge 7 days a week for as long as I can remember and drink at least 2 ltrs of water every day, and over the last month ive also taken a vitamin supplement that includes iron etc... My diet is very good and I try and get to the gym at least 2 or 3 lunch times a week.
My mum has thyroid issues so I was thinking that this could be the issue, but my blood tests came back all clear. I am at a loss because this is not normal and the tiredness cant go on.

Can anyone suggest ANYTHING that I could do as a means of getting some energy back. Please
