I tried the plume veil on it and seems to vape much better, just have to tap the button.

    Regulated mod or mechanical ?

It's in series, so the batteries are 8.4v fresh off the charger (your batteries aren't a matching pair btw, that's a huge no-no) so a 0.3ohm build is throwing out 235w and pulling 28A from each battery.

This number'll depend on what wire diameter you're using, but with 0.4mm kanthal, unless you have 8-10 coils in there that shït is gonna burn.

First time I have seen a mech box mod (looks like a mech) with the batteries in series, mostly parallel.

It's actually working ok now, you have so much power so the coil heats up straight away so you only need press the button for a second rather than taking a huge inhale. I'm happy with my purchase, just need to get used to it is all.

Whatever works - higher resistance with more coils will be much easier on the body and mind, especially if you bought it for crazy clouds.

And get a matching pair of batteries. And rotate them after each use.
