    Hi

    I am going to the states in August and I have just completed the DS-160. Whats the next step in acquiring a visa and do I have to go to the embassy in Dublin? or is there a way around it?

    Are you an Irish Citizen going for less than 90 days? You should be eligible for ESTA Visa Waiver so you won't need a visa. Just apply for an ESTA online.
